Precious Child is founded upon Christian principles, values of spreading the love of Christ through ministry and nurturing of abandoned and orphaned children of our generation in Zimbabwe, and beyond. We are non denominational and non sectarian. We believe that children are an inheritance and gift from God, hence they deserve prime treatment regardless of where and how they are born. [Psalms 127 V 3].

We believe that God has a plan for each and every child born on this earth, hence each child deserves an equal opportunity and right to exposure to the love of God through the nurturing and care of  His people. [Jeremiah 29 V 11]

Precious Child is anchored upon the word that God spoke to Pastor Charles and Judith in 2002 from James 1 V 27 - Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world - NIV

We are fully persuaded that it is God's delight to see us endeavour to 'learn to do right! seek justice, encourage the oppressed, defend the cause of the fatherless and plead the case of the widow' Isaiah 1 V 17 NIV

We shall always strive to follow the instruction of the Lord in Proverbs 3 V 27,28 - Do not withhold good from those who deserve it, Do not say to your neighbour, "Come back later; I'll give it tomorrow when you now have it with you" NIV
